First of all, Jonathan was the only HVAC company that returned my call in the same day I inquired about service.  He sent a text to confirm our appointment the night before and then showed up on time for the appointment. While there he took his time inspecting 3 units, explained the findings,  and then did routine maintenance and cleaning. Without dobut, the best HVAC contractor that I have ever had the opportunity to work with! Jonathan was on time, prompt, courteous and extremely thorough! His professionalism was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and provided insight that others didn't have! When my HVAC went out in my home, I spoke to a few different companies and ended up going with Burkey because the owner Johnathan spent the most time answering my questions and really slowing down and explaining my options. And even months after it was installed, if I had a question or concern, he has been quick to answer my texts or return my calls.  Most recently I had an annoying buzz in my basement unit and I sent Johnathan a video of the noise. He said it’s probably just a transformer, which set me at ease.
